Monaco royals present twin babies on palace balcon

Monaco's royal twins, Jacques and Gabriella, have appeared in public for the first time to a cheering crowd.

Prince Jacques is next in line to the Monaco throne, a rich principality on the southern French coast.

Parents Princess Charlene and Prince Albert appeared on a palace balcony, each holding a newborn baby swaddled in white.
